Why does this matter? Because we know that healing—physically, emotionally, and mentally—doesn’t end after delivery. Supporting moms goes way beyond birth!

And now, our doulas can walk alongside mothers even further through every stage of the journey, offering care, connection, and mental health support when it’s needed most.

We’ve made it our mission to prove to moms they’re never alone. 💛

• Your vehicle owner’s manual

🚨 Appointments required! If a caregiver is in need of a car seat, they must bring proof of Medicaid, SNAP, or WIC to their appointment in order to receive a free car seat from us.

September is National Infant Mortality Awareness Month — and since at REACHUP infant mortality is literally what we work everyday to prevent — we wanted to walk you through what it is, and why we do what we do.

First of all, what is Infant Mortality? Infant mortality is the death of an infant before his or her birthday — and infant mortality “rate” is the number of infant deaths for every 1,000 births.

Why do we measure this rate? In addition to giving us key information about maternal and infant health, the infant mortality rate is a crucial marker of the overall health of a society.

What does REACHUP do to help lower this rate? Since 1997, we have served thousands of families through their entire pre-natal to postpartum journey; ensuring the best care possible (both physical and mental) is received.

Every baby deserves the chance to celebrate their first birthday — and we are proud to be part of a national effort that works diligently towards our vision: ZERO preventable infant deaths. 💛

When REACHUP started the Affirming Fatherhood Conference, we did something no one else had done — we created a space just for fathers and father figures. Why? Because we’ve always known the truth: when dads show up, babies and mamas thrive.
