Natalie Valentin serves as the Nurse Supervisor for the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) Team 2 of Hillsborough County. She joined the REACHUP, Inc. staff with previous Psychiatric, NICU, and Mom/Baby experience. She worked closely within the community as a Healthy Start Nurse and then as a NFP Nurse Case Manager for 4 years before being promoted to Nurse Supervisor where she currently provides direct supervision and training. Her role includes program implementation, development of policies and procedures, data collection, and budgetary & clinical oversight.

Natalie received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University, two Bachelor’s Degrees: one in Exercise Science from Westfield State University and a second in Nursing from Western Governors University, as well as a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Phoenix. She is a certified Life Coach with a focus on Health and Wellness, a Certified Compassion Fatigue Counselor for Professionals, and a member of the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN).
