Ashley Walker completed her Bachelors of Social Work at the University of South Florida. Ashley has been with REACHUP for 4 years and currently serves as a Program Manager for the Pregnancy Medical Home program at REACHUP, Inc. Ashley came to REACHUP, Inc. with over ten years experience in Maternal Health serving as a perinatal community health worker with Labor and Delivery, Child Life, and NICU hospital departments at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital in Tampa. She is a Certified Grant Writer, certified Safe Baby Trainer, and Certified Lactation Counselor. She is the current President for the Tampa Bay Breastfeeding Task Force. Ashley is passionate about connecting the underserved BIPOC community with breastfeeding education and resources.
