I’m a certified doula and yoga teacher devoted to helping mothers move, breathe, and trust their bodies during labor. I’m deeply passionate about creating a calm, supportive space where women feel safe and empowered. Being a doula is my way of witnessing and supporting the strength and beauty of birth.

I love being a doula! To me, being a doula means helping to empower women through one of the most powerful and transformative experience of their life and being a witness to the true strength and resilience of motherhood.

I have 3 kids, and I know the struggles of motherhood, but also how beautiful it can be. I became a doula after going through breastfeeding struggles, postpartum depression, and a miscarriage, which showed me how important support is. I have been doing this for almost 6 years. I have seen different births and the happiness of each parent after it all. I love what I do.

I became a doula because I love babies, and to ensure mom's give birth with a professional labor and support coach by their side to educate, advocate and provide guidance and encouragement. I wanted to give back and be part of our community, which has a goal of reducing infant and maternal demises, as clinical evidence shows the value of a doula, including shorter labor and better birth experiences.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting families through advocacy and education, and I feel honored to be part of this community. Being a doula at REACHUP has been the most fulfilling experience of my life, and I truly love what I do.

I've been a doula for almost 4 months now. While I have 10 years of infant and toddler experience, transitioning to supporting mamas has been so natural and rewarding. Being able to empower people while they are going through birth and making sure they have the best experience possible is so important to me because everyone deserves that.

What I enjoy most about being a doula, is being able to connect with families to educate them on what to expect during one the most important times of their life. It's rewarding to be able to see how helpful you are to be able to offer support to moms who have no support system.

I'm Nanie! As a certified birth doula through REACHUP, I am dedicated to helping families feel heard, confident, and empowered. I believe every birthing person deserves personalized care and a positive birth experience. When I’m not at a birth, I love to dance and be with my family!

I am Cat, a certified birth doula who supports and advocates for women throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth, driven by a deep belief that every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and confident in her body and choices. I became a doula to help women reconnect with their strength and intuition during this transformative time, providing continuous support, education, and encouragement so they can navigate labor with confidence, make informed decisions, and feel in control of their birth experience.

I believe every woman should have a safe and healthy delivery. Regardless of age, ethnicity, or financial status.

I became a Doula 10 years ago because I love helping people. I’ve been with REACHUP for 4 years as a Doula and outreach coordinator for our department. I believe every birthing person deserves to have someone who cares and understands the importance of advocacy and respect during such occasion. We can offer that through our program. We are a lot more than labor and delivery coaches. I absolutely love my job!
