The goal of the SWIFF Program is to enhance the active participation of father/father-figures in the development, education, and/or schooling of their children and to help decrease stress levels of father/ father-figures by providing Co-Parenting Relationship Education. Formerly, she was the Center Manager for the Children’s Board Family Resource Centers in Central Tampa managed by REACHUP, Inc. In her role as Center Manager, she served as a Community Partner on the Hillsborough County Public School Head Start Parent Policy Committee and Co-Facilitator of the Family Community Advisory Council at the CBFRC Central Tampa center.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Chery received a Master’s in Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Louisville. She is a dedicated and proactive team leader with demonstrated skills in Project Management & Operations, Health & Early Childhood Education, and Community Engagement & Partnership Development with diverse populations and sectors.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]She is certified in the Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening & Support sponsored by the National Family Support Network and PREP 8.0 and ePREP (Prevention and Relation Education Program) created by PREP, Inc.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
